Thareja Inc. is a US-based technology and marketing intelligence company helping businesses audit competitors, automate lead response, and grow revenue through AI-powered tools. Their platform — Thareja.AI — serves agencies, sales teams, and B2B businesses that cannot afford to miss a single lead.

Challenges:

1. No existing platform to build on The client needed a completely custom SaaS platform — no off-the-shelf solution could handle their AI tool ecosystem, multi-product dashboard, and marketing site in one unified architecture.
2. Complex multi-product structure The platform needed to house multiple AI products (MagicAgent, MagicReel, AI Assistant, Time Tracking) under one brand — each with its own landing page, feature set, and CTA flow.
3. Performance vs. visual complexity The design called for dark UI, animated sections, and high-impact visuals — all of which typically hurt Core Web Vitals. Balancing visual richness with speed was a core challenge.
4. CMS flexibility for non-technical team The client needed full content control without touching code — requiring a robust headless WordPress + ACF setup that mapped cleanly to the Next.js frontend.
Our Solutions:

1. Headless WordPress + Next.js Architecture Built a fully decoupled architecture — WordPress as the content backend (hosted on Hostinger VPS), Next.js as the frontend (deployed on Vercel). WPGraphQL + Apollo Client handles all data fetching with ISR for blazing-fast page loads.
2. Custom ACF Block System Designed and built a complete custom Gutenberg block library using ACF Pro — giving the client full drag-and-drop content control while maintaining pixel-perfect frontend consistency.
3. Performance-First Dark UI Implemented Next.js Image optimization, font subsetting, lazy loading, and ISR static generation to achieve green Core Web Vitals — despite the animation-heavy dark design.
4. AI Tool Integration Integrated OpenAI API and third-party AI service endpoints into the platform — powering MagicAgent (24/7 call answering), MagicReel (AI video), and the AI Assistant dashboard.
